Miller: What’s up with all the mosquitoes in Phoenix?

My sister-in-law is visiting from my home state of Minnesota, the capitol of Mosquito Land. Prior to landing in Phoenix, she had only one mosquito bite in Minnesota.
Since coming here she has had many bites.
