Professional background highlights: I have had the honor to serve others for the past 25-plus years as founder and executive director of women’s crisis centers in Michigan and Arizona, as founder and pastor of multiple ministries including churches and nonprofit organizations and as a certified Christian life coach and holistic health coach.

What I do: Mind-wellness practitioner, certified Christian life coach and holistic health coach.

What I like most about doing business here: Being able to serve my community up close and personal.

What am I promoting: Got stress? We’ve got solutions. We help minimize stress and enhance clarity of mind to live a more focused, fulfilled life. No matter what you are going through, you don’t have to go through it alone. We offer both one-on-one coaching and group services, classes and workshops so you can find the place that fits you best. Equipping you with tools and resources we help you gain a sense of wellbeing and reconnect you to a place of being grounded, hopeful and excited about your future.

What I’m excited about and why: I’m excited about being able to support and encourage others. We don’t know what we don’t know. When given the right support and tools to navigate through life, we become empowered. There is nothing more rewarding then equipping others to live life happy, healthy and prosperous so they can fulfill the purpose on their life.

What types of services do you provide: Christian life coaching, holistic health coaching, sound frequency therapy, creative art expressions, healing health workshops, Biblical studies, a healing room, emotional wellbeing mini-spa experiences, grief support group and lots more.

When and why I started my business/employment here: This has been a life-long dream. With all the stressors in life, people are silently falling apart. There is a need to provide a safe place for people to come, to provide education and equip them with tools and resources so they can find the calm in the midst of the chaos. To be able to empower others mind, body and spirit to become the best version of their self, makes my heart smile big and is fulfilling my life purpose. In fulfilling my purpose, I am able to help others find their purpose. No better place to do that than in my own community.

Where I was before and why I left: I’ve been here, there and everywhere serving others in a variety of ways.

People who inspire me (and how): Anyone who is willing to fight the good fight of becoming more from the inside out and living their most authentic self out loud.

My guiding philosophy: Your past doesn’t define your future. You have something only you can release to humanity. Do it well and leave your imprint on the world.

My advice to today’s youth: There are no mistakes in life, just discoveries. Discovering what works and doesn’t work for who we are as an individual. Don’t allow your discoveries to keep you from being who you were created to be. You have greatness living inside you. Never stop believing in yourself.
