Mexican music icon Marco Antonio Solís coming to Phoenix

Posted

Mexican music icon Marco Antonio Solís’ Eternamente Agradecido World Tour in the U.S. this summer will include a Phoenix stop.

The trek will tour cities across North America, including Los Angeles, Austin, Houston, Boston, New York, Chicago and more, as well as a Phoenix stop at Footprint Center on Nov. 8.

The tour will begin in August in Portland, Oregon.

Solís will make history as the first Latin artist to grace the stage of the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. The monumental event, scheduled for Aug. 18, will mark the venue's opening weekend with a bang.

Originally from Michoacán, Solís, better known as "El Buki", has captured fans with hits like "Si No Te Hubieras Ido," "Más Que Tu Amigo," "Mi Eterno Amor Secreto," and others. His career includes more than 300 songs of his authorship, some of which have been performed by a variety of great artists.

Solís was recognized as Person of the Year from the Latin Recording Academy in 2022 and with the Lifetime Achievement Award from Billboard Latin Music Awards in 2005.

Tickets will be available starting with a Citi presale on Wednesday, May 29. Additional presales take place during the week leading up to the general on sale, which begins at 10 a.m. Friday, May 31 at LiveNation.com.
