Mesa Turkey Trot 10K, 5K and fun run Thanksgiving Day

Thursday, Nov. 23, is the annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot hosted by the Sertoma Club of Mesa.
Race day check-in and registration starts at 6:30 a.m. at Red Mountain Park, 7745 E. Brown Road in Mesa. The course will take participants around Red Mountain Park on paved roads, finishing in the parking lot.
Prices on race day will be $40 for the 10K/5K and $20 for the 1-mile fun run. Cash or credit cards only on race day as checks are no longer accepted. For information, go to raceroster.com/events/2023/72313/mesa-turkey-trot-5k-10k.
The event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds or transfers due to weather, according to the website.
Other information you may need:
The Mesa Turkey Trot is a stroller and wheelchair friendly event, starting at the back of the pack.
Bicycles, wagons, scooters, etc. are not allowed on this course.
The 1-mile family fun run is untimed. It is a leashed pet friendly event.
Due to the proximity of the start/finish line, there is no bag check for the event.
