Mesa to set marijuana business laws

Where to allow marijuana dispensaries and other zoning regulations will be considered by the Mesa City Council at a July meeting.

Proposition 207, approved by voters in November 2020, allows adults 21 and older to possess and use specified amounts of marijuana and permits growth of a limited number of marijuana plants at a person’s residence in an enclosed, locked area not visible from public view.
