Preliminary plats for Heritage Grove and Mariposa Estates Unit 2 and rezoning 9.4 acres for the development of the two single-residence subdivisions should be approved, a Mesa advisory board recommended recently.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously Feb. 24 in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the City Council approve the plats and rezoning for the south side of the 3600 to 3800 blocks of East McLellan Road.
Jared Cox of Vista Design Group LLC is the applicant, and Heritage Group LP is the owner.
