The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board is set to review and vote on approval conditions for the Meridian 24 industrial development at its upcoming meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 28.
A work session will be held at 3 p.m. in the lower council chambers and a meeting at 4 p.m. in the upper level of the City Council Chambers at 57 E. First St. in Mesa.
The five-building development would total 492,311 square feet on a 41-acre property if approved, according to a staff report. It would be constructed north of Pecos Road and on the west side of South Meridian Road within the 6400 to 6700 blocks.
