Sally A. Lucero of Apache Junction has received SingleCare’s Best of the Best Pharmacy Award.
Lucero, who has spent her 22-year career working at the same Fry’s pharmacy in Mesa, joined 24 other national winners recognized during the fifth annual event sponsored by the free prescription savings service, according to a release.
Nominations for the award came from customers, and Lucero was selected among the top 10 pharmacy techs in the country, among more than 400,000 pharmacy techs nationwide, the release stated.
One customer said: “Sally always welcomes us by name. She is always kind and uplifting. And she always makes sure we are getting the best price for our prescriptions.”
