Medical facility breaks ground near 91st Avenue in Peoria

To accommodate clinical, general medial space

A new two-story, 44,000 square-foot medical facility broke ground near the northeast corner of 91st Avenue and Thunderbird Road.

The new building, dubbed Desert Harbor Medical Commons, is a multi-tenant medical office that will accommodate clinical and general medical space and possibly an ambulatory surgery center.

However, beds for overnight stays and an ambulance being stationed at the facility are not part of the plan for the project.
