Four men robbed a convenience store in Sun City early Wednesday morning in what appears to be related to another incident at the store back in January.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office investigated a strong arm robbery at about 3 a.m. Feb. 15 at the Circle K, 9848 W. Bell Road.

According to MCSO, four males, only identified as two black males and two white or Hispanic males, rushed into the store and took several items including cigarettes and rolled coins.

The suspects fled and headed north on 99th Avenue.

An MCSO official said the robbery appears related to another incident at the store on Jan. 30.

The store is equipped with video surveillance, and deputies are following up to make out the suspects’ identities.

There are no suspects in custody as of Monday, Feb. 20.
