Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputies completed an ongoing burglary ring investigation in Sun City with arrests in the past two weeks.
MCSO officers arrested three suspects the week of Sept. 28 and a fourth was arrested Oct. 4. The arrests followed a multi-month investigation into a number of burglaries in the age-restricted community that investigators determined to be connected.
“We had questions about a heavy police presence near Del Webb and Thunderbird boulevards this morning,” said Lt. Scott Keller during the Oct. 4 Sun City Posse general membership meeting. “That is us arresting our fourth suspect in this burglary investigation.”
