Sheriff’s deputies identified two people found dead and connected to a murder-suicide investigation.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon reports William Edward Cahill, 45, and Carolyn Michelle Dahlgren, 37, are the deceased individuals.

MCSO was alerted Sunday to a vehicle in Rainbow Valley where a man, Mr. Cahill, was found dead as a result of an apparent suicide.
Authorities found his cell phone in the vehicle, along with a note prompting someone to view videos on the phone.
MCSO found videos showing Mr. Cahill stating he had shot his girlfriend “Daisy” two times and placed her into a desert well.
Detectives learned Daisy’s real name as Ms. Dahlgren.
After nearly three days of searching, MCSO discovered a well in south Goodyear and recovered Ms. Dahlgren’s body around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
MCSO continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
MCSO had reported Tuesday that detectives were working a body recovery from a private well in the area of 155th Avenue and Queen Creek Road, an intersection several miles south of the Estrella communities.
Facebook profiles for both deceased individuals shows they were in a relationship.
