Authorities are searching for the driver of a car involved in a Feb. 14 collision with a pedestrian in Mesa.

The collision occurred about 9:30 p.m. on Valentine’s Day, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

A white or light-colored 2006 to 2008 Chevrolet Malibu four-door sedan hit the pedestrian in front of 9913 E. Main St., Mesa, and the driver fled.

Evidence found suggests the Chevrolet should have damage to the front end.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the MCSO at 602-876-TIPS (8477) or 602-876-1011 and reference report IR23-003998.
