Drivers, start your engines because McLaren Scottsdale is hoping to move its showroom to a new location off Hayden Road.
Owner Mike Ward, listed as BA Elk Grove LLC on documents filed with the city, is seeking approval for a zoning district map amendment on a 3.3-acre site at 7881 E. Gray Road, near the northwest corner of north Hayden Road and east Thunderbird Road. The ultimate goal is to relocate McLaren Scottsdale, city documents show.
The applicant is being represented by prominent zoning attorney John Berry.
