MC Super: Laveen refuse and mulching business agrees to settle lawsuit out of court

A refuse and mulching business in the Leveen area agreed to settle out of court Tuesday after Maricopa County officials said the business had operated without a proper permit, according to Maricopa County Supervisor Steve Gallardo.

The business, Arizona Green Guys — agreed to “cease any grinding and screening of material” by Monday, Jan. 20, Gallardo posted.
The proposal must be approved by a Maricopa County Superior Court judge, Gallardo wrote in a post on the social media platform X.
