Maureen "Moe"passed away peacefully at her home in Fountain Hills, Arizona, on November 20,2024.
Born January 15, 1950 and raised in Columbus Nebraska, Moe graduated from Columbus High School in 1968. Moe was united in marriage to Ron Taylor June 29th, 1974.
She went on to a full and adventurous life, sharing her love of the outdoors and travel with her husband Ron. Together they created countless memories skiing, fishing in Mexico, spending time in the mountains, and enjoying summer on the lake in Nebraska. She also loved her girl trips with her lifelong friends.
Moe was preceded in death by her mother Florence Daniels, her brothers Lynn Daniels and Alan Daniels, brothers-in-law Steve Kafka and Jerry Knight and sister-in-law Jodi Daniels.
Moe is survived by her husband Ron Taylor, sister in laws Pam Kafka and Joanne Griesman and many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, love of her fur babies and the joy she brought to everyone around her. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary (12065 N. Saguaro Blvd., Fountain Hills, AZ 85268).
Her legacy of love and adventure will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
