Matt’s Big Breakfast opened Feb. 20 at 3150 E. Ray Road, Ste. 158, Gilbert, in the Epicenter development at Agritopia. It is the fifth location of the popular local restaurant chain that started in downtown Phoenix in 2004. Patrons are served first-come, first-served at the restaurant, which is open from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. A grand opening will be held in the weeks ahead. 480-572-1034. https://mattsbigbreakfast.com
