Glendale firefighters remained at the scene througout the morning "mopping up hot spots," according to the department.
A front loader was brought in to help move debris for improved access, firefighters said.
The Glendale Fire Department used its social media sites to thank the city's police department for its work in helping fight the fire.
"Their drone helped us locate and extinguish hidden hot spots, saving water and reducing environmental impact," according to the sites.
