In Memory of Mary Katherine Bower Gustin, (Mt. Pleasant/Bay City, Ml and Sun City, AZ)Our beloved Mother, Mary K. Gustin, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Sun Valley Lodge, Sun City, AZ, after a brief but very courageous battle with Large B-cell Lymphoma cancer.Mary K. Gustin was a retired secretary from the Saginaw/Midland Municipal Water Department in Bay City, Ml, who with her husband, Rexford Gustin retired from Michigan to Sun City, AZ in 1992.She will be mourned by many, her kind heart, gentle soul, and beautiful smile made a lasting impression on every life she touched.Mary K. graduated from Mt. Pleasant Sacred Heart High School in Ml. She became an excellent seamstress, making wedding gowns, veils and tuxedos, along with having the eye to look at something and be able to duplicate it exactly.She was a world traveler and loved to shop. She was an active member of the Sew & Sew Club, The Lunch Bunch, The American Sewing Guild, The Tarts, The Quilting Group and her Gal's Tuesday Pinochle Card Group.She is survived by her son's, Gregory (Mary Lou) and Bradford (Donna); daughter, Linda Sue Gustin; four grandchildren: Amanda Renny (Kyle) Jarrod Gustin, Carine Gustin and Jeremy Samson; three great-grandchildren, Abigail, Lily and Granger Samson.Her husband, Rexford preceded her in death along with her parents and in-laws. Mary K. also has two surviving sisters-in-laws, Evelyn Gustin and Mary Bower. There will be NO funeral, a Memorial will be set at a later date.
