Mark Greenburg’s defamation lawsuit against Scottsdale Unified School District parent Amanda Wray is going to cost him $50,000.
The lawsuit stems from a secret dossier Greenburg kept on political opponents of his son Jann-Michael Greenburg, who was serving as president of the district’s governing board in 2021.
The dossier included things such as Facebook posts as well as photos of district parents and at least one minor, financial documents, including professional certifications and mortgage statements.
