Marilee passed away December 28, 2024 @ the age of 87. She was born in Menomonee Falls, WI on April 13, 1937. Later in 1978 moved to Denver, CO. Then in 1996 landed in Sun City, AZ. She was an amazing woman and worked in the Banking Industry until she was 78 years young. She was heavily involved in community organizations and church activities throughout her life.
Marilee was a “Firecracker” who was full of love, laughter, and resilience. She loved being around friends, family, drinking wine, playing bingo, and even took up dancing with friends @ The Palms, her home of 6 years.
Those who knew Marilee will remember her smile, infectious laugh, and unwavering faith in God.
Predeceased by her husband Bob and leaving behind her children Barry, Tom, Peggy (Glen) Eklund. She also leaves behind her sister Fay Marquardt and her brother Bob (Sue) Schunk.
Thank you all for being a part of Marilee’s life journey.
She will be greatly missed.
