Maricopa County Sheriff's Office debuts remodeled northwest Valley substation

This is the new Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District Three sub-station, 13063 W. Bell Road. Construction was completed Dec. 1 of last year.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District Three personnel moved into a new substation two months earlier than projected, Dec. 1.

The 10,000-square-foot addition includes adequate space for briefings, upgraded technologies through the building and added security.

MCSO Lt. Ben Freeman continued oversight on the project after initial plans began five years ago under former Cpt. Brian Stutsman.
