Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes is hosting a Town Hall meeting Tuesday afternoon as part of the Roundtable Project.
The topic is New Laws and Administration. This includes the new laws passed by the 54th Legislature that will effect voters and the new shared management structure of the Election Department between the Board of Supervisors and the County Recorder.
“The Roundtable Project keeps an open line of communication between communities that have historically experienced barriers to access and our office," Mr. Fontes stated in a release. "The Community Relations Team runs the Roundtable Project as part of our larger mission of increasing accessibility and transparency."
The Town Hall will consist of two panel discussions. The first will have a representative from each Roundtable group present on key findings brought up at their meeting, and then field audience questions. The second panel will be Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and Election Department staff.
