County health leaders this week provided an update on their ongoing COVID-19 vaccination efforts, which offered a mix of good and bad news to those eager for immunization.
The good news: A large portion of the county’s most-vulnerable residents have already received at least one of the two doses required with either of the two available vaccines.
The bad news: It could still be months before those outside the current Phase 1B high-priority group get the vaccine, including those under 65 with serious health issues and the remainder of essential workers.
