Organized Retail Crime Task Force combats issue

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell is putting an emphasis for her office on retail theft and promoting cash-only bail for those arrested.

Mitchell was in Sun City on Nov. 15 talking at the annual Safety and Fraud Summit, sharing with attendees how her office is cracking down on stealing from stores through the office's Organized Retail Theft Task Force.
