SUN CITY WEST - Margaret Arlene Johnson passed away most peacefully Saturday June 11th. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Don; children, Bruce, Brian, (Dianne) and Linda (Jim Kaiser); grandchildren, Devan (Dan Haselkamp), Aren, and Noah; and brothers, Phil and Ralph (Gloria) Selgren. She was a completely faithful servant of God her entire life and brought a foundation of Jesus to many people. This was most evident in her devotion to family, which was certainly tested through the years. Her creativity and talents would shine in the cooking, sewing, and constant homemaking that she diligently performed. Her special touch was always evident. She never gave up and constantly endured with a hopeful, joyful and loving heart. She was an angel walking on Earth. Her life revolved around helping others. She was a dedicated teacher who expected the best from students. She volunteered for thousands of hours at local hospitals, and provided countless hours of assistance at all churches she was affiliated with. All these contributions were made in the deepest humility with no desire for recognition. She became the "go to" person wherever she was. No was not in her vocabulary. One of her few flaws may have been switching some allegiance from the Packers to the Arizona Cardinals. She gave all glory to God!
