A man wanted in the kidnapping of his son that resulted in the death of the mother has been arrested, officials said.
Eric Maes, 30, is in the custody of the Peoria Police Department where he is being interviewed, processed, and will later be taken to Maricopa County's Intake and Release facility where he will be booked on suspicion of first degree murder, kidnapping, endangerment and theft for means of transportation, according to police.
Charges may be added or amended, as more details are investigated.
