Glendale Police received multiple 911 calls around 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11 about a man who had been shot on his side during an altercation between two groups in a neighborhood in the city's southern end.
Officers arrived in the 4800 block of West Rose Lane and located the victim, who was transported to the hospital with what appear to be serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers learned there was some sort of argument or confrontation between two groups of people Sunday night that escalated into a physical altercation.
