Man robs Glendale store at gunpoint

Glendale police continue to search for a man after he robbed a store at gunpoint, according to a report.

The incident occurred Saturday, April 1 at about 2:20 a.m. at a business in the 7400 block of North 51st Avenue.

According to police, a suspect had entered the store and displayed a black handgun to the clerk and a female customer. The suspect walked the clerk and customer outside and took cash and merchandise before fleeing west on food along Orangewood Avenue.

Police established a perimeter but did not locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 25 and 40, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 175 pounds and last seen wearing a gray hoodie, blu ski mask, blue Dickies pants and white shoes.
