Man indicted in Phoenix shooting
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office has announced an indictment of Daniel Cornell Hall on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful discharge of a firearm and assault.

A 31-year old man has been indicted on charges following a shooting that took place in east Phoenix, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.
Daniel Cornell Hall was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault, one count of unlawful discharge of a firearm and one count of assault in connection with the shooting.
Phoenix Police responded Sept. 13 to an apartment complex near 48th Street and McDowell Road, where police found three victims who had been shot. According to reports, Hall arrived at the apartment after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend and began to argue with her cousin. As she called police, the girlfriend said she heard multiple gunshots.

A 31-year old man has been indicted on charges following a shooting that took place in east Phoenix, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.
Daniel Cornell Hall was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault, one count of unlawful discharge of a firearm and one count of assault in connection with the shooting.
Phoenix Police responded Sept. 13 to an apartment complex near 48th Street and McDowell Road, where police found three victims who had been shot. According to reports, Hall arrived at the apartment after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend and began to argue with her cousin. As she called police, the girlfriend said she heard multiple gunshots.
Hall fled the scene according to reports, but was arrested shortly after, MCAO said in a release.
All three victims survived their injuries.
Hall is currently held in custody on a $250,000 cash-only bond. Hall's trial is scheduled for Jan. 27, 2026.
