A 35-year-old man is in custody after entering a business with a gun Wednesday afternoon in south Phoenix, police said Thursday in a release.
According to the release, at about 4:30 p.m. Aug. 26, officers arrested Jose Villalobos after responding to multiple calls for service in the area of 2600 W. Baseline Rd.
Callers reported Villalobos was acting erratically inside a local business and was armed with a handgun. He fled the business, entered several residential yards, and ultimately forced his way into a nearby home. The homeowner was able to escape unharmed, and Villalobos remained inside the home, according to the release.
