Daniel Cornell Hall was arrested Sept. 13 after police found the three victims who had been shot at an apartment complex near 48th Street and McDowell, according to a release from the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
The girlfriend told officers the defendant showed up at the apartment after assaulting her and began to argue with her cousin, police said.
“As she was calling the police, she heard multiple gunshots. The defendant fled the scene but was arrested shortly after. All three victims survived their injuries,” the release stated.
A grand jury indicted Hall on three counts of aggravated assault, one count of unlawful discharge of a firearm and one count of assault.
He is being held in custody on a $250,000 cash-only bond. Trial is scheduled for Jan. 27.
