Police ID man who died in Thomas Road collision

A 59-year-old man died at the scene of a crash that occurred early Monday morning near 25th Avenue and Thomas Road, police said.

Lee Arthur Culver failed to control the SUV he was driving, causing it to collide with the center raised median and a metal pole, according to a release.
