Mama Mia! New Italian restaurant cuts ribbon in Surprise

The family-owned Osteria Mia is operated by Mario and Kayla Rana, who combined have decades of culinary and hospitality experience.

A new Italian restaurant is on the menu in Surprise — this time a mom and pop one.

Osteria Mia at 16853 N. 145th Ave., Suite 155, held an official ribbon cutting on April 1, bringing out city leaders and some of the developers of the City Center land where the restaurant sits.

The family-owned restaurant is operated by Mario and Kayla Rana, who combined have decades of culinary and hospitality experience.
