Residents in north Surprise who are tired of congestion along the Loop 303 at U.S. 60/Grand Avenue will receive updates on progress to fix the problem next week.
The Maricopa Association of Governments plans to present the improvement timelines for the new 303 interchanges at 155th Avenue and U.S. 60 during the Surprise City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 16.
MAG is hoping a new “ultimate interchange” — one that would connect U.S. 60 between the 303 and 163rd Avenue — could be a reality for residents, but at last check, it was not until sometime between 2031 and 2035, depending on funding.
