Mack to develop newly acquired land near TSMC

Thousands of acres of north Phoenix land near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s Arizona facility has a new owner.

On Wednesday, New York-based Mack Real Estate Group purchased roughly 2,340 acres near Interstate 17 and Loop 303 for $56.28 million.

The land — generally located west, north and east of where Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s Arizona facility — was purchased at an Arizona State Land Department auction.
