As droves of affluent individuals move to Arizona, particularly Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, developers are capitalizing on this demand for luxury living.
Sonora West Development has successfully completed over 150 custom home projects in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the Phoenix area during the last 25 years – but more so in the past decade.
“Most of those years we cut our teeth just building single one-off custom homes for product,” said Scott Pfeiffer, president of Sonora West Development. “And then lately, in the last 10 years, we moved into infill multiple house neighborhoods in Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, where we kind of put a higher end, more special, semi-custom product.”
