Lucid Motors job cuts may affect Arizona operations

Electric car manufacturer Lucid Motors has announced it is cutting 1,300 employees and contractors, which could impact its plant in Casa Grande.

It is not yet known how the layoffs will affect the Casa Grande operation, which produced more than 3,000 vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2022, officials there said.
