SUN CITY WEST - She and her husband relocated to Sun City West when they retired in 1992. They lived here for 20 years and she was involved in many organizations including the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, the 56 Amigos, SCW Sheriff's Posse and Wisconsin Retired Educators Association (WREA). Preceded in death by parents, Agostino and Genoveffa Venier; stepfather, Ottavio Fabian; sister, Armenia; brother, Dominic; brother-in-law, Anibole Giacomin vf; brother-in-law, Richard Panek; infant son, Patrick. Survived by her husband, Eugene G. Amoe; children, Mary Kenowski(Randy), Geralyn Fox (Kurt), Patrick Amoe, (Miranda), Michael Amoe; sister, Mary Ann Panek; sister-in-law, Shirley Venier; 11 grandchilden, two great-grandchildren; many loving relatives and friends. A vigil was held Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at 7 p.m. at Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel with a Reception of Friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, Papillion. Interment was in Omaha National Cemetery.
