A homeowner in the desirable Camelback Lands subdivision of south Paradise Valley, where residents have a full head-to-tail view of the iconic mountain and where home listings can hover around the $20 million mark, is requesting a lot split for a residential property.
Experts say lot splits have become more common in Paradise Valley because land has reached higher demand, especially those parcels of land with attractive Valley views, like this one.
Additionally, Camelback Lands has become a common spot for the process, initially with 32 lots, averaging around 2-5 acres per lot. This proposal would be the eighth lot split if approved, town officials said.
