Lord family issues statement as the homicide investigation continues

The family of slain teen Preston Lord issued a statement asking that the public and media remain patient as the homicide investigation continues.

Preston Lord’s family is asking the media and public to exercise patience as the investigation into the 16-year-old Combs High School student’s death continues.

The Lord family released a statement this week and Maricopa County Attorney Rachell Mitchell read it to members of the media during her bimonthly press conference on Wednesday.
