Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway lane restrictions begin Sept. 9

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for lane restrictions on eastbound Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway, between Higley and Power roads, for maintenance.
They are:
Sept. 9-11: Eastbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane from 5 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, to 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11. The eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at Power Road will be closed.
Sept. 11-15: Eastbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday, Sept. 11, through the morning of Friday, Sept. 15. The eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at Power Road will be closed.
Sept. 16-18: Eastbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane from 5 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, to 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18. The eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at Power Road will be open.
The eastbound Loop 202 on- and off-ramps at Higley and Recker roads will remain open during the lane restrictions.
ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around maintenance personnel and equipment in all work zones.
