Longtime Valley Mexican restaurant coming to Glendale

Carolina’s scheduled to open here in July

A longtime Valley, family-owned Mexican restaurant will open a new location in Glendale this year.

Carolina’s, which opened its first restaurant in Phoenix in 1968, is expanding to the West Valley again with a new location at 5920 W. Greenway Road.

The new site will open in July.
