Long-vacant One Camelback commercial tower is now open for residences

PHOENIX — For years, One Camelback stood at the center of one of Phoenix’s busiest intersections.

While the tower had all the makings of an Uptown landmark, its transformation into apartments stalled. That has now changed.

One Camelback welcomed its first residents on Tuesday, Oct. 2, transforming the long-stalled former office tower into a 163-residence apartment community in the heart of Uptown Phoenix.
