Long vacant lot off Loop 101 in Peoria could see life

Multi-family proposed for Trianna Park

A lot near Loop 101 in Peoria that has been vacant for about 15 years could see development soon.

A gated 234-unit, luxury, three-story, multi-family residential development on about 12 acres is proposed in the Trianna Park development near Thunderbird Road and 88th Avenue.

The project is dubbed Thunderbird 101 Apartments, with a proposal for 114 one-bedroom units and 120 two-bedroom units.
