Vacant lot in Peoria off Loop 101 to see life

Multi-family planned for Trianna Park

A lot near Loop 101 in Peoria that has been vacant for about 15 years is now on track for development.

Peoria City Council unanimously approved, on Feb. 2, a gated 234-unit, luxury, three-story, multi-family residential development on about 12 acres.

The project is planned for the Trianna Park development near Thunderbird Road and 88th Avenue, and is dubbed Thunderbird 101 Apartments, to include 114 one-bedroom units and 120 two-bedroom units.
