Long anticipated project in Peoria is moving forward

A long anticipated multiuse development in Peoria is moving forward.

The Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the project known as The Trailhead, at the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Vally Road, at a public meeting, April 7.

The city council will have final approval at a later date.
