A daycare center that started in London 40 years ago by a mom searching for care for her kids will open its first U.S. location in Goodyear.
Busy Bees will break ground on this first location on Thursday following 1,000 centers up and running worldwide. The Goodyear center will be one of eight new locations to open across the Valley next year, all of which will bring about 400 jobs.
Hiring is expected to begin in March, according to a press release. The other Arizona locations will be in Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and Surprise.
