Lois Carley was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minn. During World War II, she joined the Navy, where she met and married Francis R. Carley (deceased 2005). They were married 60 years and raised three children, Patricia Carley, Susan Carley, and Michael (Judy) Carley. Lois is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Lois' best friend was Marlene Marschinke, who shared her love of animals and playing games. Her family is grateful for loving care given to her by Paradise Life Care in Surprise. A celebration of Lois' life to be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Sun City West. Interment to be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minnesota. Memorials to Sunshine Animal Club of Sun City West or Habitat for Humanity. Arrangements entrusted to Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel. AZ-Lois-Carley.jpg
