Why does your story matter? Gloria Feldt, an acclaimed speaker and expert on women’s empowerment from Scottsdale, answered this question by telling a few of her own stories in a presentation at Scottsdale Civic Center Library.
She told stories of accepting a promotion from CEO to national president of Planned Parenthood, transitioning later in life to writing books and cofounding Take The Lead, and handling the loss of her late husband. She also showed a 10-minute clip of a powerful speech given by Carla Harris to Take The Lead at Arizona State University Gammage.
